Dr. Phillip Savage grew up in Littleton, Colorado. He received his undergraduate degree in integrative physiology from The University of Colorado in Boulder. He obtained his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his training at Highlands-Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program in Denver where he performed almost 2000 surgical procedures including forefoot, reconstructive rearfoot/ankle, and trauma.
Dr. Phillip Savage joined his father, Dr. Thomas Savage, at Metropolitan Foot and Ankle Specialists in 2019 to offer comprehensive podiatric care for problems ranging from ingrown toenails to sports medicine to foot and ankle trauma. He is board qualified in foot and ankle surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is credentialed at several hospitals around the Denver metropolitan area including The Medical Center of Aurora, Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, and Porter Adventist Hospital.
Dr. Phillip Savage spends his free time with his fiancé, family, and friends. He enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, traveling, concerts, cooking, and watching Colorado professional sports teams including the Rockies, Broncos, Avalanche and Nuggets.
